Everyone wants to know about prices and at Cindy Clean! we are no different.

While we can't give you an exact price without visiting your home, we can let you know where everything begins and what you can expect for your money.

We begin at $90.00* and from there we take many factors into consideration to come up with the perfect value. The size of your home, those special considerations that are unique to your home and family, and the time that you choose for your cleaning will all be evaluated. Plus your special evaluation price will be guaranteed for one complete year**!

We do travel outside our main city areas. Please email or call to see if we travel to your area.

(A reasonable travel charge may be added for the evaluation and to your cleaning fee for homes outside our main city areas)

 

And yes,Cindy Clean! is bonded!

 

*Depending on other factors, $90.00 would be a small one bedroom, one bathroom apartment or house.

**The one year price guarantee is only applicable for weekly or bi-weekly clients.
The price may be changed if home conditions change.

If an evaluation is not accepted within one month a new evaluation will be required.

Every Cindy Clean! is a deep clean - we will not do a quick wipe down and call it clean. You will come home to the light, fresh fragrance of clean.

We at Cindy Clean! have found that our broom and microfiber string mop deliver the best clean for your floors. However, if you prefer a different cleaning method please let us know! An additional charge may be added to cover the cost of your request.

Our Service Policies

 

1. All payments are due at the time of service. Fees and services are not negotiable with the cleaning crews. Reductions in payment due to client restrictions, or inaccessibility to areas must be approved in advance of cleaning and be of such a nature to warrant any reduction. Payments using Pay Pal or credit cards must be approved in advance and will be charged applicable service fees.

 

2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your cleaning date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the cleaning date are subject to the client's normal cleaning fee. Fee must be paid on or before time of next service.

 

3. Move in/Move out cleanings must be paid by the start of the clean.

 

4. Complaints must be given within 48 hours of service. We must inspect the complaint. Where possible we will reclean the area of complaint. If further adjustment is needed we will determine at the time of inspection.

 

5. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of service. It must be obvious that damage could have been by cleaning personnel. Receipts of purchase are required for replacement purposes. Depreciation may be factored into any reimbursement. We are in no way responsible for items not securely fastened to walls with proper hardware, previously repaired or damaged items, or damages due to neglect of property.

 

6. Holiday Bookings - Once a client is booked for a cleaning during holiday weeks, any cancellation with less than one (1) week's notice is subject to the agreed fee for the cleaning in question. New clients must pay in advance for cleaning during holiday weeks.

 Holiday weeks -

The week of July Fourth.

Thanksgiving - The full week prior to Thanksgiving and the week of Thanksgiving.

Christmas/New Year - The full week prior to Christmas through the full week of New Year's Day.
